IMO photoluminescent signs
For each type of boat and regulation
Ships must also comply with specific safety and signaling standards, which is why maritime signs or IMO signs are so crucial. With this signaling system, you can communicate in the proper manner and place, according to the different standards and regulations of the countries of origin of each vessel and its use (transport of goods, passengers, etc.)
The products featured here are specially designed for the maritime sector and are custom made. Just send us an email at email@example.com letting us know what you need, and we will start manufacturing it. You will receive your signs according to the measurements and photoluminescence you need, always complying with the relevant signaling standards, such as the SOLAS convention (SPANISH), OMI Resolutions and ISO 17361.
ISO 17631 and IMO Resolution
According to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS), boats need a series of maritime signs, which may be about mandatory rules, prohibitions or dangers, as well as evacuation plans and other elements that guarantee safety.
Ships must also comply with the provisions of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), an agency created by the United Nations which specializes in the safety and protection of international maritime transport, as well as the prevention of contamination by boats.
Oil platform signaling
Our engineering department’s experience, combined with our participation in several projects on photoluminescent signaling for oil rigs, such as PHOTOPRO, show our success with basic indoor signaling projects and large outdoor formats.
